Be responsible for the entire lifecycle of accounts payables, including payment processing, coding, posting, reconciliation, and issue resolution. You will maintain the accuracy of accounting records for reliable reporting, auditing, issuing of 1099s, and Sales and Use tax.
Assist with client billing by generating accurate prebills, assisting with the editing process, and issuing completed bills to clients.
Respond to questions regarding client billing.
Participate in continuous quality improvement of Accounting functions, including further automation of accounting systems.
Assist with monthly general ledger closing process, reconciliation and reporting and possible payroll responsibilities.
