Ledgent has partnered with a fantastic private real estate investment company in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. 

Key Facts:

  • Hybrid schedule, office in Brentwood 
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of accounting experience 
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Strong GAAP knowledge 
  • Someone that takes pride in their work and will see a task through, until the end. 
Plusses:
  • Real Estate or Investments experience extremely preferred.
  • Yardi extremely preferred.
Duties:
  • Bank reconciliations and bank account maintenance. 
  • Monthly adjusting JEs as directed by Controller
  • Monthly maintenance of supporting schedules including security deposit, property tax, insurance, intercompany transactions and bank loans.
  • Preparation of month-end financial package.
  • P&L and budget-to-actual review.
  • Monthly asset and property management calculation and accrual.
