Overview:

The CPA Financial Planner (Director Level) will be responsible for internal auditing and owner entities accounting and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Audit individual accounts on a random or scheduled basis.
  • Work with executives and CEO on personal matters.
  • Responsible for preparing personal banking/financial functions for personal tax, other business entities and preparing financial statements in collaboration with company CPA.
  • Manages personal financial circumstances and provides sound financial recommendations based on analyzed current economic and world news in partnership with the financial advisor.
  • Ensures compliance and nimble in tax and estate planning, trust, and foundation management.
  • Real estate transactions and accounting.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Utilize extensive experience in tax planning to identify opportunities for minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing deductions.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial data and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure adherence and implement necessary updates.
  • Assist in resolving any tax-related issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Managing of property companies housing large investments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15+ years of private banking experience catering to high- and ultra-high net-worth individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar preferred
  • CPA Required
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to explain complex accounting data in a simple way.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial software
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous auditing and tax experience
  • High degree of confidentiality
