Job Description

Title: Bookkeeper or Sr Staff Accountant

Location: Adelanto, Ca

Salary: $30 -$35/hr.

Schedule: M - F 8am-5pm

Type: Direct Hire

Duties:

Small family company, will be assisting the VP of Finance with full-cycle accounting duties such as Month-end, AP, AR, Payroll, and more

Payroll for 63 employees

Manage bank reconciliations, trial balances.

Prepare and close month end, year end and adjustment entries.

Prepare Financial Statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheets)

Work with CPA & Auditors to provide documentation.

Requirements:

Bookkeeping/Accounting experience in month-end, reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & inventory tracking

Manufacturing or distribution industry exp. is a plus

Local High desert candidate

Able to work 100% on-site.
