Job Description

Client is looking for a talented Sr. Director of Accounting to join their dynamic team. Hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Ideal candidate must have or client will not consider:

• CPA Certification(active or inactive status)
• 5+ years Public Accounting in audit preferably as a Manager or higher level

• Looking for someone who has helped take a company public from pre-IPO to IPO.

• Needs experience with the S-1 filing.
