Job Description

Ledgent is currently partnering with a firm located in Central Denver on a search for a full charge bookkeeper. This is an excellent role with a stable company that offers great work life balance and company culture.

Full Charge Bookkeeper duties include:

  • Process accounts payable weekly including posting invoices, obtaining approvals and mailing checks
  • New vendor setup and vendor maintenance
  • Process coworker expense reimbursements consistent with company policies
  • Accounts receivable including creating invoices, collections, posting payments
  • Maintain records of daily banking activity
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Assist with GL accounting including balance sheet schedule preparation

The ideal Bookkeeper will possess:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting/bookkeeper role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
