Job Description

The subsidiary of a major global, publicly traded manufacturing firm is seeking a qualified Controller to manage the day to day accounting and finance operations for the $100M annual revenue business unit/subsidiary. The Controller will be responsible for monthly close, quarterly close and year-end close along with financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and oversight of the accounting and finance staff. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years' of experience in corporate accounting with a mid-to-large firm, ideally with some publicly traded company exposure, familiarity with US GAAP, SOX compliance/internal controls, management skillset.
