Accounts Receibale Supervisor

This role is Perm Direct-Hire


  • Supervises two associates and responsible for company-wide Accounts Receivable / Customer collections process
  • Verifies information and maintains accounts receivable reports including but not limited to monthly sales, open invoices, and aging reports. Acts as the main contact for customers and internal associates regarding all customer accounts.
  • Analyzes past due accounts and performs collections for over-aged balances.
  • Leads the weekly Customer Credit Review meetings
  • Assists with complaint resolutions; verifies customer satisfaction through verbal and written communication.
  • Interacts with customers and department managers when processing a resolution of account discrepancies.
  • Assists with month-end close and runs monthly reports as required.
  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
  • Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
  • Position will be an integral part of implementation of a new ERP system, requiring extra effort to ensure successful systems operation for all locations.
  • Monthly and seasonal overtime required for close and peak season
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Five to seven years related experience.
  • College Degree from accredited college is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Accurately keystroke a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Proficient in 2013-2016 Excel and other MS Office Suite products required
  • Dynamics 365/AX a plus
  • 10-key by touch.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Accounting, Customer Service and Operations teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high pressure, high volume environment.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work overtime.
