Are you a recent graduate with your Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have some light work experience or completed an internship?

Ledgent Finance & Accounting has multiple openings for temp-to-hire Entry-Level Accounting or Finance Graduates for Billing Clerk and Accounts Payable Clerk roles in East Houston/Baytown.

You will need to be currently unemployed and available to start ASAP! Looking to interview this week!

The job duties will include:

• Accounts Payable - vendor maintenance, vendor statements, reconciliations, reporting and maintaining spreadsheets in Excel
• Billing - creating invoices in QuickBooks
• Other miscellaneous administrative and accounting duties

Requirements:

• Must have a recent Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• The positions will pay between $20-22/hr. and are temp-to-hire.
• Candidates should be immediately available and not currently employed.
• Good Excel skills - ability to sort data
• QuickBooks exposure
