Job Description

Ledgent Accounting has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist in Salem, NH. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent experience, with a background in manufacturing, preferred.

Role: AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)

Location: Salem, NH (On-Site)

Pay: $25-$27/hour

Premise: Provide AP support to the accounting team and work closely with vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly check runs
• Work with vendors on problem resolution
• Reconcile credit card and petty cash accounts
• 3-way matching A/P invoicing with receivers
• Entering A/P invoicing into ERP system
• Process expense reimbursement
• Reviewing invoices to match to checks

Qualifications:

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience
• ERP experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Accurate Data Entry Skills
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
