Job Description

Ledgent is currently partnering with a firm located in the Denver Tech Center on a temporary to hire opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader that will convert to permanent quickly and offers excellent benefits.

Accounts Payable Specialist duties include:

• Review invoice workflow in accounting software and apply GL coding.
• Route invoices for approval as necessary
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Work with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will possess:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
