Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our finance team. The financial analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and support that will influence business decisions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  2. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  3. Analyze past financial performance and prepare reports comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
  4. Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
  5. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  6. Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  7. Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
  8. Study economic and business trends to make forecasts regarding future revenue and expenses.
  9. Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
  10. Provide financial analysis and support to various departments as needed.
  11. Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required).
  • Proven working experience as a financial analyst (preferred).
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with financial and statistical software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Working Conditions:

  • Typical office environment.
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
