TTH A/P Clerk
On Site M-F 8-5 PM
Wilmington, Ma

Our client in Wilmington, Ma. a distributor of industrial and commercial sensors, is looking for  an AP Clerk to join their team of 5.  The A/P Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices
  • Entering, posting, and reconciling batches
  • Researching and resolving accounts payable or accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors
  • Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger
  • Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations, chargebacks
  • Process employee expenses through Concur

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Strong familiarity with Form 1099
  •  Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
  • 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
