 Location: Hayward (near Fremont, Union City and Newark) 
Duration: Direct-Hire / Permanent
Pay: $120-165K - DOE

Key requirements for the Controller:  

• Experience with full cycle Accounting
•  Experience with Construction industry  
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel
•  System savvy
•   Good communication skills
•   Prior Supervisory experience         

Construction Controller Duties:

• Prepare monthly Financial summaries
• Monthly commission calculations
• Hands-on with the direction and coordination of accounting, budgeting, and other financial operations. Includes the sharing of administrative and technical supervision to staff personnel.
•  Process improvements. Refining the process how we implement procedures of Ops
• Oversee monthly work in process computation and analysis.
