Pay: up to $28/hr DOE
Location: Corte Madera - 100% On Site (Close to San Rafael)


  • Strong communication skills
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel  (Pivot Tables and Charts/ Advanced Formulas)
  • Degree in accounting/finance experience preferred
  • Construction industry knowledge is a plus  
  • Familiarity with Sage 300, Sage Paperless, and HCSS software a major plus
Responsibilities for Payroll Assistant: 
  • Assist with weekly extra work bill processing 
  • Support Payroll Admin with unapproved tracking, garnishment mailings, and check stuffing 
  • Confirm pricing matches certified payroll for any public works jobs
  • Uploading and tracking certified payroll reports/submittals on various platforms (DIR, LCP tracker)
  • Working with team to meet AP invoice processing month-end close deadlines
