P Coordinator
M-F 8-4 9-5 PM
On site Peabody, Ma
Covid vaccination required

Our client in Peabody, Ma,  a non-profit organization that assists young adults with Autism is looking for an A/P Coordinator to join their accounting team asap!  The A/P Coordinator will be responsible for processing and payment of invoices on a daily basis.  

Duties:

  • Process and pay invoices daily. 
  • Ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Handle issues with Vendors and past due balances. 
  • Process 1099s annually. 
  • Oversee intern assigned to AP. 
  • Maintain filing system, leases, and recurring invoices. 
  • Work directly with Purchasing Director for new Contractors.

Requirement:
 
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, college accounting preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of previous Accounts Payable experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Financial Edge software experience or similar Accounts Payable software preferred
