Distribution company located in North OC is hiring TWO Accounting Clerks to assist with AR and AP duties. Great benefits! Full time and Part time opportunities.
- Process billing on a daily basis
- Follow up with customers and internal team members for missing back up documentation
- Account reconciliation
- Entering sales orders
- Assist with answering phones
- Three way match, coding and entering invoices for payment
- Assist with expense reimbursements
- Vendor set up
- Associates or Bachelor's degree desired, OR 2 or more years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP system such as Sage50 or Peachtree
- Proficiency with basic Excel
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Works well in a fast-paced environment.
