 Location: Hayward  - Hybrid (close to Fremont, Union City, Newark) 
Duration: Direct-Hire / Permanent
Pay: $120-130K - DOE
*This position is onsite
*Must be VACCINATED

Key requirements for the Controller:

  •  Experience with full cycle Accounting
  •  Experience with Construction industry  
  •  Advanced Microsoft Excel
  •  System savvy
  •  Good communication skills
  • Prior Supervisory experience
           

Construction Controller Duties:
  • Prepare monthly Financial summaries
  • Facilitate and manage tax returns and annual audits
  • Monthly commission calculations
  • Hands-on with the direction and coordination of accounting, budgeting, and other financial operations. Includes the sharing of administrative and technical supervision to staff personnel.
  • Process improvements. Refining the process how we implement procedures of Ops.
  • Oversee monthly work in process computation and analysis.
