Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients team.

• Process utility payments, vendor payments, and manage first of the month vendor payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations across 130+ bank accounts.
• Prepare P&L statements and assist in pulling reports for tax preparations.
• Perform mortgage statement entry and reconciliations.
• Code invoices accurately for timely payments.
• Handle high volume Accounts Payable transactions efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel & AppFolio for data manipulation and reporting purposes.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting or Accounts Payable role.
