Job Description

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a general construction company in West Palm Beach, to find them a Bookkeeper. This is a well-established company, poised to continue growing.

The ideal pay range is between $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience).

Job Summary

• Data entry and invoice reconciliation
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• Posting journal entries
• Assisting with month-end close
• 3-way-matching invoices
• AIA construction billing
• Issuing payments twice a month
• Sending and accepting customer statements
• Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP/AR duties
• Experience in Construction industry highly preferred
• 100% onsite position
