Job Description

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a cold-storage construction and maintenance company in Deerfield Beach, to find them a Bookkeeper. This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow.

This is a temp to hire opportunity. This role will be permanent but the company prefers to hires this way because this is a new role.

The ideal pay range is between $24-$28 per hour (depending on experience).

Job Summary

• Data entry and invoice reconciliation
• Reconciling credit card transactions
• 3-way-matching invoices
• AIA construction billing
• Issuing payments twice a month
• Sending and accepting customer statements
• Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP/AR duties
• Experience in Construction industry highly desired
• 100% onsite position
