Duties:

-Full-cycle accounts receivable.

-Lease admin (as related to accounts receivables)

-Ad hoc coverage and office duties as needed.

Experience Preferred:

-Sage 300/Timberline preferred.

-Commercial Property Management or Construction (must have Sage 300/Timberline) experience preferred.

100% Onsite in Fremont.

Property Accountant/Accounts Receivables

Seeking a talented individual to join our client in Fremont as a Property Accountant/Property Accounts Receivables Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.

- Handle lease administration tasks related to accounts receivables seamlessly.

- Provide ad hoc coverage and support for office duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Familiarity with Sage 300/Timberline software is highly desired.

- Prior experience in Commercial Property Management or Construction, with a strong emphasis on Sage 300/Timberline, is advantageous.

Role is 100% onsite position located in Fremont.

**Compensation:**

- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
