Location: Pleasanton

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly billings, including time & material billings, Progress billing, waivers Entering subcontractor invoicesAssist with Certificate of Insurance Creat spreadsheets, billing reconFollow up on outstanding invoicesA/R management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredExperience with Deltek or similar ERP systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentSalary Range: $60-73K
