Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Payroll Professional in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Position will be held on-site.

We require ADP payroll experience and knowledge of Accounting & Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all areas of payroll including but not limited to
• Wages, garnishments, 401k deducations, repoting, reimbursements
• 1099 and salaried professional payroll
• Financial close (month end, year end, quarterly repoting)
• Journal entries
• High volume reconciliations
• Partner with accounting on special projects
• Asssit with annual audit
• Fixed assets

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree highly preferred
• ADP software experience required
• 2+ years of payroll experience required
• Basic understanding of day to day accounting required
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work on a team environment and demonstrates individual reliability
