Location: American Canyon - 100% On-Site

Type: Temp to Hire

Payr: $32-25/hour

Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about keeping things organized? We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in American Canyon! While construction experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to dive into the world of bookkeeping, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inhouse payroll - need to know payroll taxes
    • Reconciling credit card transactionsAssisting with HR paperwork and clerical tasksConducting basic HR functionsManaging internal payroll, including prevailing wage calculationsTop Qualities We're Looking For:

    Trustworthiness and reliability are non-negotiableAccurate and detail-oriented approach to workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentNice-to-Have Skills:

    Proficiency in Spanish is a plusExperience with Sage 100 or similar accounting softwareExperience handling in house payroll Basic knowledge of ExcelCompensation:
