Account Manager - Temporary to Permanent - Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - $18.50 an hour - Quincy, MA

Position - Premier Account Analyst (Account Manager)
Location -Quincy, MA
Pay Rate- $18.50 an hour ($20.67 when converted to Permanent)
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Position Summary - We are seeking business-oriented, customer service driven professionals to provide high quality service to Fortune 500 level customers.

  • Maintain and manage designated accounts
  • Works with existing clients, customer service,
  • NO sales/cold calling.
  • Communicate directly with existing customers, sales and customer service staff
  • Liaison between customers and internal departments (sales, legal, product etc.)
  • Relationship building with designated existing accounts.

  Qualifications -
  • Basic Excel Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
