Contract Collections Specialist 
Contract Salary: $18-$21
Duration: 6-12 Months 

Ledgent is currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join a dynamic team. This opportunity is with a rapidly growing firm located in Atlanta, GA and offers an incredible variety of work and opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Job Duties:

  • Process credit applications for new customers including preparing supporting documentation for credit review by credit/collections manager
  • B2B collections for multiple product lines
  • Coordinate directly with customers on short payment/overpayment issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with Business to Business Collections
  • Bachelor's degree in either Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Thorough understanding of A/R and order -> cash process
  • Understanding of accounting and GAAP principles
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
