Job Description

Trucking company that works within the warehousing 3PL sector is seeking a Billing Clerk/Coordinator. Monday through Friday 8-4:30p. Temp to hire.

Accounting A/R; specifically billing
Must have knowledge in QuickBooks.
A self-starter with deadline mentality. Works well with others. 
Computer proficient. And understanding of the trucking/warehouse industry is a plus. 
Attention to detail. Analytical skills.

Job description: Control and ensure all billing are accurate, and on time. 
Control and ensure all client files, contracts and ensure the integrity of agreements. 
Control and ensure all vendors files, receive, and enter all invoices.
Ensure all vendors invoices are correct and charges are accurate. 
Manage all employees hours and prepare any reports that are requested. 
Manage and ensure all staffing invoice and reports
