Job Description

Ledgent is currently seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a client in the greater Orlando area.  Our client is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of office management and bookkeeping experience. 
Duties include:

  • Managing the front office
  • Daily bookkeeping
  • AP, AR, and bank reconciliation
  • Data entry
  • Financial statement preparation
  • General office duties (filing, answering phones, etc.)
This role requires experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.   Work hours are 12-5pm Monday - Friday.
