Ledgent is hiring immediately for an Accounts Payable Specialist in St. Petersburg, FL. This position will join a dynamic team and process all AP functions for multiple entities throughout the Florida region. If you can keep up in a fast-paced atmosphere, take initiative to learn and resolve issues, and can support your team daily, this is a great unit to join. Job functions:

·         Process large volume invoices and payments

·         Reconcile vendor statements

·         Review invoices for errors and discrepancies

·         Prepare 1099 forms annually

·         Assist in month end accrual process

Requirements:

·         2-3 years of AP experience

·         Intermediate Excel knowledge

·         ERP or accounting software

·         Multi-location experience preferred

·         Exceptional communication (written & verbal)
