Job Description

We are searching for a Part Time Accounts Receivable Specialist in Margate, FL. The sunshine state! This individual will be responsible for billings, A/R, cash receipts and ensuring all information is in-put correctly into the system. The ideal candidate will be familiar with working at a quick pace, be a self-starter and motivated. Candidates MUST come from Property Management or Real Estate experience. This position reports to the Controller. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Receive and properly document and in-put payments
  • Process all cash receipts 
  • Maintain and update e-billings and ACH payments
  • Prepare and distribute billing statements 
  •  Answer customer questions and inquires 
  • Reporting as assigned 
Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred 
  • 3+ years of A/R experience and/or relative billing experience
  • MUST have Real Estate or Property Management experience
