Job Description

We are looking for an Experience Payroll Associate to join our Team!

Duties include:
Full processing of the entire payroll from start to finish. Review and calculate time cards and make applicable changes.
Computes wages and salaries, performs mandatory and voluntary deductions, and generates direct deposit files and paychecks and pay stubs.
Must understand federal, state and local wage and hour policies and employment tax laws.
Duties may sometimes go beyond payroll processing, usually required to work with related departments such as human resources and finance or accounting.
May assist accountant with minor accounting , accounts payable.
Quickbooks, Sage, ADP experience.  In house and/or outsourced Payroll experience.
Bilingual Spanish 
Solid Excel skills


 


The payroll associate needs excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively solve payroll disputes and respond to inquiries from managers, supervisors, employees and related third-parties.   Knowledge of multi-state payroll a plus.
