We are partnering with an established company in the Portland area that is in need of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position will be working closely with the Manager to ensure that various responsibilities are completed on a daily basis, up to and including:

- Supporting team with any month-end closing activities
- Research and code any miscellaneous cash receipts
- Post cash payment, ensuring that they get applied to the correct accounts
- Generate sales and receipts reports and ensure they are compliant
- Research any discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner
- Regularly monitor any unapplied payments and apply them to invoices

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in performing accounts receivable duties
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong Communicator
- Proactive mindset- Someone who is not afraid to ask questions
