*Director of Payroll Compliance, Systems, and Strategy* (Construction)

Join this growing company as Director of Payroll Compliance, Systems, and Strategy. Lead the payroll department to new levels of efficiency and innovation, at this international construction company in the San Francisco Bay Area. 100% onsite. Construction preferred. Will relocate.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise payroll managers, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.

- Develop long-term payroll strategies and enhance platforms.

- Collaborate with HR for streamlined processes and accurate data.

- Support field operations and manage 401(k) and ESOP.

- Engage with IT for system development and assist in M&A due diligence.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong analytical and strategic skills.

- Leadership in payroll, preferably in multi-union environments.

- Understanding of retirement plans, global mobility, and benefits.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle, with 10+ years' experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

**Salary Range:**

$153,600.00-$201,500.00 Annual
