Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, issue payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding payments.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Expense Reporting: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any billing issues.
Ad Hoc Financial Tasks: Assist with special projects and financial analysis as needed.
