Job Description

Senior Accountant for Reputable Nationwide Organization


Responsible for compilating, consolidating, and analysis of financial information for complex multi-entities including the full cycle of all reports needed for internal and external reporting, fiscal planning, and special project evaluation.

Job Duties

  • Month End Cycle from Journal Entries, General Ledger, Reconcilaitions, Fiuxed Assets, Incentive Calculations, Accounts Receivables
  • Prepare all Month End Reports
  • Reports for External Auditors
  • Monthly Variance and Analysis
  • Annual 1099 Filings and State Financials
  • Prepare Annual BudgetSupport Conversion for new software
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years at Senior level handling financial reportsing, all General Ledger, and typical month end reports
  • Excellent Excel
  • Multi-Entity, Real Estate and Property Industry experience
  • Strong communication; written, spoken and presentation skills including remote
  • Project Mgmt Skills
  • Strong interpersonal engagement skills
