In this exciting role, you'll:

• Become a collections pro (B2B), working with domestic and international customer accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to secure payments and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth credit and collections processes.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 1+ year of B2B collections experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills and a knack for data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
