Are you a detail-oriented, multitasker with a love for billing? Ledgent is partnering with our growing client in Shelton, CT to identify a Billing Specialist to be the newest addition to their team! This organization offers a flexible hybrid schedule & amazing benefits, along with an annual salary between $58,000-62,000 for this direct hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Processing billing (roughly 3 million dollars average) for assigned region
• Communicate with vendors & distributors regarding issues with invoices
• Handle new customer set up
• Partner with team members throughout department to ensure all work is processed in a timely manner with high-levels of accuracy

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience with high-volume billing
• AS/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
