Job Description

System Specialist provides technical support for critical applications. This position requires complex problem solving and collaboration skills. Participate in maximizing the uses of Fiserv Premier programs and in resolving software or operational issues.


Leads or assists in problem solving of automation processes related to Fiserv Premier, RPA/OpCon, and BPM.
Provide assistance to user departments to help them identify and locate program errors to ensure that all systems are functioning effectively and error-free.
Appropriately assists holding company and bank personnel in problem solving Fiserv Premier software and other third party software related issues. Provides assistance to user departments to help them identify and locate program errors to ensure that all systems are functioning effectively and error-free.
Participate in determining installation of upgrades for in-house processing systems.
As needed make appropriate recommendations for additions or changes to software or hardware.
Assist in the development, planning and execution of the Fiserv Roadmap, including upgrades to existing systems and the evaluation, selection and implementation of new systems.
Participate in a variety of Fiserv projects. Provides analysis for product direction.
Provide project status updates as needed.
Assist in developing and keep procedures current for all procedures.


College degree beneficial.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of Fiserv application software experience.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of RPA/OpCon application software experience
Experience and knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change management, implementation planning and release management.
Experience in the financial industry preferred.
Ability to read and interpret FISERV documentation, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Superior skill set in the use of the following software applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
