Job Description

A steadily growing Sacramento construction company is seeking a new Full Charge Bookkeeper. This Full Charge Bookkeeper will report to the CEO of the company and work with their outside CPA. This individual is responsible for the general ledger, job cost, bank reconciliations and accounts payable. Additional responsibilities include performing monthly closings, maintenance of accounting files, and preparation/organization of various financial forms, reports, and financial analyses, etc. This individual may be asked to assist with ad-hoc projects and general office support tasks when necessary.



Job Duties:

* Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews

* Accounts payable

* Accounts receivable

* Profit-and-loss statements

* Tax preparation

* Expense reports

* Cost reduction proposals

* In house Payroll- Certified for 40-50 union EE's and 5 in house

* Budgets

* Internal audits for policy adherence

* Internal audits for tax codes

* Presenting budgets and reports to upper managementdlakhsddd;;
