Position: Billing Clerk

Location: Livermore - OnSite

Pay: $26-27 per hour

Duration: Temporary, 8-9 months

Experience: 3+ years Software: Timberline, Sage 300

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Progress Invoices using Excel
• Handle Requests for Change Orders
• Utilize Timberline and Sage 300 software
• Maintain extreme organization and attention to detail
• Ensure speed and accuracy in all tasks
• 10-key by touch proficiency required

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Proven experience in billing or accounting roles
• Strong 10-key by touch skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
