Ledgent Finance and Accounting has an immediate Real Estate Accountant opening with a industry leading Construction company located near the Minneapolis area!

Pay: $70,000-$80,000/yr
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Hybrid/Remote (2 days Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements
• Manage monthly accruals, review and adjust journal entries
• Execute account reconciliations
• Review and analyze general ledger
• Prepare and file recurring sales tax
• Supporat and prepare annual budgets/forecasts
• Support annual tax file preparation and financial audits
• Research/resolve accounting issues
• Undertake special projects and other tasks based on workload demands

Requirements:

• 2-4 years Accounting/Finance experience in related field and bachelor's accounting or finance degree
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong work ethic & high attention to detail
