Job Description

Ledgent Finance and Accounting has a prominent Manufacturing partner located near the Minneapolis area needing to permanently add an AR Supervisor to their team!

Pay: $80,000-$85,000/yr plus BONUS
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexibility)
Hybrid/Remote (2-3 days a week remote)

Responsibilities Include

• Lead AR team in analyzing and processing AR transactions
• Provide expertise and guidance to staff
• Apply GAAP, knowledge of general ledger to code AR transactions
• Research and resolve inquires from vendors
• Support month end accruals and reconciliations
• Create reports when needed
• Support process improvement to enhance productivity
• Supervise AR team by providing direction and additional training

Skills

• 5 plus years in Accounts Receivable/Collections
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a face paced environment
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously once fully trained
