Accounts Receivable Specialist - Construction Industry

Duties

· AIA Billing

· AR unconditional waivers

· Invoice creation

· Billing projects on a weekly and monthly status

· Entering credit card payments

· Work-in-progress (WIP) billing

· Payment posting

· Reconciling change orders

· Aging review

· Pay applications

Qualifications

· 2+ years of AR experience within the construction industry with at least 1 year of experience with AIA billing

· Strong Excel skills

· Must have excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
