Non-profit Senior Accountant

START RIGHT AWAY!!

Hybrid: 3 day onsite & 2 days remote

Salary: 80k-95k

Job Duties:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP and non-profit accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage grant accounting processes, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate annual audits or financial reviews, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a non-profit setting.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and non-profit accounting principles.
• MUST HAVE grant accounting
