GREAT OPPORTUNITY! We're hiring an Senior Accountant/Accountant in our East Bay Headquarters!

About the Role:
As our Senior/Staff Accountant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal procedures. Role includes overseeing accounts payable to preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile general ledger entries and conduct bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate accounts payable processes, ensuring timely vendor payments.
- Prepare internal financial statements and assist with year-end audits.
- Supervise accounts payable and maintain documentation.
- Manage 1099 preparation and create reports.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, or various accounting ERPs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Grant/Fund Accounting a plus or experience working with multiple entities.

Salary: $85-$87k annually.
