Job Description

A successful real estate investment firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Accountant. In this position, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing monthly/quarter/annual hedge fund investor reports, assisting with month/quarter/year-end closes, account & bank reconciliation, conducting cash flow reporting, as well as preparing fund entries. The Senior Accountant will also conduct NAV and waterfall calculations, assist with consolidated financial statement preparation and corporate tax filings, analyze fund budgets and variances, and partake in various audits.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related discipline is required.
• Hedge and private equity fund experience is needed.
• Public accounting background is ideal.
• CPA or CPA tracking.
• Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel is required.
• $100 - 125k + annual bonus.
