Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:
- Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis as needed
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist role:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
