Job Description

Salary: 150k-175k (dependent on experience)

FULLY ONSITE

Job Duties:

• Supervise accounting team (5 staff accountants)
• Review and verify daily accounting transactions in the system.
• Review and approve daily cash flows in the banking portal.
• General Ledger, month end close, and bank reconciliations
• Review inventory quantity and visit 3PL warehouses for physical count periodically.
• Input Payroll report and verify payroll withholding and disbursements.
• Prepare 401K employee contributions.
• Prepare commission payout reports for the sales department.
• Prepare quarterly rebates for customers.
• Deposit Federal and State income tax estimates for all entities.
• Review and approve quarterly use and sales tax returns.
• Work with outside CPA to complete income tax filing for all entities.
• Renew company liability insurance for all entities.
• Prepare insurance audits for workers' comp and general business liability.

Requirements:

-At least 5-7 years of management experience

-MUST have inventory/cost accounting experience

-Ability to analyze financials and provide suggestions to upper leadership

-Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or Accounting
