Job Description

Growing, stable accounting and finance team is looking for their next Senior Accountant due to an internal promotion and overall company growth. This position will be responsible for general ledger accounting, month-end close, financial statement preparation, and financial statement analysis. The team works closely together and is is cohesive, friendly, and collaborative.

Responsibilities may include:

- Month end close

- Journal entries, consolidations, and financial statement preparation

- Fixed assets and depreciation

- Balance sheet and bank reconciliations

- Revision of accounting policies and procedures

- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Requirements:

- 5+ years of general ledger accounting experience

- Bachelors in Accounting required, Masters and/or CPA preferred

- Strong ERP systems experience

- Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
